Agility EOR, a global Employer of Record provider that helps companies hire and manage international teams compliantly and efficiently, partnered with Clever Little Designs to launch a redesigned website that clearly communicates their services and brand value ahead of major growth initiatives. The challenge: take their new design and turn it into a polished, highly interactive Webflow site on a tight one-month development timeline.

I was brought on by CLD as the lead developer — they designed it, and I built it. Over ~4 weeks I implemented extensive custom GSAP animations, developed multiple complex CMS systems, and engineered a range of custom interactive and search solutions to elevate the user experience. Throughout development I also optimized performance rigorously, achieving an outstanding 96% page speed score pre-third-party scripts and perfect scores across accessibility, SEO, and best practices.

The launch was a major success. The client was thrilled with the final product and now has a fast, engaging, and scalable platform that reflects the quality of their global services while giving users a smooth, compelling experience.
